Our Story
Rooted in Care, Grown in Trust
Brightvine began with a straightforward purpose — to make sure no one has to compromise their dignity or comfort simply because they need a little help at home.
← Back to HomeWho We Are
A Service Built Around People, Not Schedules
Brightvine was established in Tainan with a clear understanding of what families face when a parent or grandparent reaches an age where daily tasks become difficult. The options often feel extreme — full-time institutional care on one hand, or exhausted family members trying to do everything themselves on the other. We occupy the space between those two ends.
Our founders spent years working alongside care professionals in southern Taiwan before recognising that what families needed most was not just a service, but a consistent, trustworthy presence. Someone who shows up on time, knows the person's preferences, and treats their home with respect.
Today, Brightvine supports families across the Tainan area with three core service tiers: structured morning and evening visits, practical household and meal assistance, and comprehensive full-day personal care. Each programme is tailored individually. No two care plans look exactly alike, because no two people do either.
We operate on the belief that quality home care does not need to be complicated to be effective. It requires trained, thoughtful people; good coordination with families; and a willingness to adjust when circumstances change. That is what Brightvine is built to deliver.

Our Standards
How We Uphold Quality at Every Visit
Verified Caregiver Screening
All candidates undergo criminal background checks, professional reference reviews, and in-person interviews before joining our team.
Ongoing Skills Development
Caregivers attend regular training sessions covering personal care techniques, dementia awareness, fall prevention, and effective family communication.
Written Care Plans
Every placement begins with a documented care plan agreed upon by both the family and our coordination team. Plans are reviewed whenever circumstances change.
Privacy & Data Protection
Client information is handled strictly in accordance with Taiwan's Personal Data Protection Act. We never share personal details outside the care team without family consent.
Regular Family Communication
Families receive care updates at agreed intervals. Any concerns raised by the caregiver or family are addressed promptly by our coordination team.
Emergency Response Protocol
All caregivers are trained to follow clear protocols in the event of a medical concern, including immediate family notification and emergency services coordination.
Our Values
Dignity, Consistency, and Honest Communication
Brightvine operates with a small set of clear principles. We believe that the people we care for deserve to be treated as individuals — not as a care category or a service slot on a schedule. We take time to understand what matters to each person, from daily preferences to long-standing habits, and we build care around that understanding.
Consistency matters deeply to elderly individuals. We work hard to place the same caregivers with the same clients, because familiar faces and established routines create a sense of safety that has real, lasting value. When changes are necessary, we manage them transparently and carefully.
We are straightforward with families about what we can and cannot provide. Brightvine is a home care service — not a medical provider. When a situation requires healthcare input beyond our scope, we say so clearly and help families connect with appropriate professionals. That honesty is a standard we hold firmly.
